Salters Haven

Salters Haven is a 65 acre new home community in Hampstead with over 300 lots and a 75 slip marina. Built by Logan Homes, the neighborhood will offer 11 waterfront lots with private boat lifts and 13 marina lots. Amenities include a community pool, clubhouse, boardwalk & kayak launch that will connect to the community sidewalks. New homes are expected in late 2020.
